Develops detailed procedures for strategic directions, on-going projects, operational status reports, overall quarterly operational reports, and new/arising requirements.
Sets direction and planning for the IT department and staff, such as system upgrades and IT personnel training.
Meets with users to determine quality of IT personnel service and support and identify additional needs. 
Coordinating with the user departments to discuss their requirements.
